Immediate Power Transfer.
Developed entirely by the Blackjack engineering team, the new hub system uses a toothed ratchet mechanism to ensure quick engagement, mechanical reliability, and full compatibility with modern transmission and braking systems.
The system was designed with a focus on durability and low maintenance, using aluminium or Cr-Mo steel freehub bodies and Enduro sealed bearings for smooth and consistent performance.

Strength and Dynamic Behaviour.
Our double-butted spokes are manufactured from 18/10 stainless steel and cold-formed, providing high durability and optimised response to load and fatigue.

Full control over quality and performance.
All AERON wheels are assembled in our industrial unit, where each component is rigorously inspected and tested.
Processes include CNC-controlled machining tolerances, post-anodisation visual and dimensional inspection, roundness and ultrasonic wall thickness testing, as well as comprehensive mechanical tests (lateral/vertical impact, fatigue, and radial/lateral load).
