Discover how we produce our Carbon Wheels
Using new High Modulus Carbon Fibres and redesigning the rims to achieve the perfect balance between weight and stiffness, we developed our new collection of carbon fibre wheels by preserving all the good assets from our previous collection while aiming for less weight, better handling and more performance. Our wheels are produced with a new and exclusive blend of carbon fibres and resin.
OF CARBON FIBRES
The quality of the fibres we use heavily influences the weight and resistance of our rims.
We use a new and exclusive blend of T700 and T800 fibres with resin.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
We use a particular 3D program to design our rims while moulding with high-quality carbon fibre sheets, which together enable an improved rim finishing and higher strength.
The first step in the wheels’ manufacture is to cut the carbon plies with high precision, which we do with CNC-controlled machines.
Then the carbon fibre is layered up by hand inside our state-of-the-art alloy moulds, which then go to the oven to cure – we use an Enhanced Autoclave curing process for the best quality.
