You will need 1kg of oats, 1kg of previously shelled and unsalted peanuts, and honey. You can also add dates, coconut, walnut, chocolate, or other ingredients as long as they are ground!

The preparation method is simple: in a large container pour the kg of oats and let stand while crushing the kg of peanuts to butter. For this process, you can use a magic wand, a blender or any other utensil that serves to make the peanut butter paste. Note that it will take about eight minutes to achieve optimal consistency.

You should then mix this paste with the oatmeal, about 20 tbsp of honey and the extra ingredient you like until well wrapped. This mixing may take some time as it will be done manually.

Finally, you will need to place the mixture in a square or rectangular container and press well to be consistent and uniform in bar height.

In order to be able to cut them later you will have to let them stand in the fridge for 4/5 hours.
